Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Battle Scheduler at battlescheduler.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are using the Service for an agency, you confirm you are authorized to act for that agency.

What the Service is

Battle Scheduler is a scheduling tool for TikTok LIVE agencies. Agencies post upcoming LIVE battles, claim open battles posted by other agencies, and keep a shared calendar. The Service does not run battles, stream video, process payments, or move diamonds, coins or money.

Accounts

  • Each agency has one parent account, which may add coordinator accounts. The parent account is responsible for everything done under its agency.
  • Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You may connect one TikTok account to your agency to confirm it is yours. You must own or be authorized to use that account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post battles you do not intend to hold, or claim battles for creators you do not represent;
  • impersonate another agency, creator or person;
  • harass, threaten or abuse other users;
  • interfere with the Service, scrape it, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • use the Service to break TikTok’s terms, community guidelines or LIVE rules, or any law.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Battles and other agencies

When you post or claim a battle, the other agency can see the details you entered and will be notified of changes. Whether a battle actually happens, and on what terms, is between the agencies and creators involved. We are not a party to those arrangements and are not responsible if a battle is missed, moved or cancelled.

TikTok

Battle Scheduler is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. “TikTok” is a trademark of its owner. Your use of TikTok itself is governed by TikTok’s own terms.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If we make a material change we will post the new terms here with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, diamonds or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, which may be nothing.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your agency account. We may close accounts that break these terms or that have been inactive for a long time.
