To prove the agency is real and to stop two agencies from claiming the same account. You sign in with TikTok once; we read only the account’s username, display name and avatar, and never post or message on your behalf.

No. You enter a creator by their TikTok username when you post or claim a battle. Only agency staff sign in.

Battles other agencies have posted and want an opponent for. Any agency on the network can claim one with its own creator. Once claimed, the battle is confirmed for both agencies.

Yes. Choose “Opponent arranged” and enter the opponent’s username. It goes on your calendar without appearing on the open board.

Either agency can swap its own creator. The agency that posted the battle can move it or cancel it. The agency that claimed it can withdraw, which puts the battle back on the open board. In every case the other agency is notified.

Your agency name and the details of the battles you post or claim, including the creator usernames you enter. Your email and the TikTok account you connected are not shown.

Yes. The Calendar page has an “Add to calendar” link that works with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook, and each battle has its own link too.

You pick your agency’s time zone when you sign up and enter times in it. Every battle is also shown in ET and PT, like a TV listing, so agencies anywhere read the same time. You can change your time zone in Settings.
