How it works
Four steps from sign-up to a confirmed battle. No spreadsheets, no group chats.
- 1
Create your agency account
Sign up with your agency name and email, then connect your agency’s TikTok account with one tap. That’s how other agencies know you’re real. The parent account can add coordinators who schedule on the agency’s behalf.
- 2
Post a battle
Pick the date, time and expected points, enter your creator’s TikTok username, and choose whether it’s open to the network or already arranged with an opponent. Open battles appear on the shared board for other agencies to claim.
- 3
Claim an opponent
Browse the open board for battles other agencies want to fill. Claim one with your creator’s username and it’s confirmed on both calendars. The other agency is notified the moment it happens.
- 4
Keep everyone in sync
Either side can change their creator; the host can move or cancel; the claimer can withdraw, which puts the battle back on the board. Every change notifies the other agency, and the calendar can be added to any phone.
