Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Battle Scheduler (battlescheduler.com) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Account details: your agency name, your email address, and a password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Your TikTok account, if you connect one: the account’s TikTok ID, username, display name and avatar. We get these through TikTok’s login and read nothing else. We do not store your TikTok password and do not keep TikTok access tokens after the connection is made.
- Battle details you enter: dates, times, expected points, creator usernames, notes.
- Coordinator details entered by the parent account: name and email.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information from sign-ins and requests, kept for security.
How we use it
- To run the Service: show your battles, let other agencies see open battles and claim them, and send notifications about changes.
- To confirm an agency represents a real TikTok account and to stop two agencies claiming the same one.
- To keep accounts secure and investigate abuse.
- To contact you about your account.
We do not sell personal data, show ads, or use your data to train models.
What other users can see
Other agencies on the network see your agency name and the details of battles you post or claim, including the creator usernames you enter. Your email and the TikTok account you connected are not shown to other agencies.
Who we share with
Only the providers that run the Service for us: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), and push notifications through your browser or device. They process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments. We share data with authorities only if the law requires it.
TikTok
Connecting your TikTok account uses TikTok’s Login Kit. TikTok’s own privacy policy covers what TikTok does. We request only the basic profile scopes needed to identify the account. You can disconnect our app from your TikTok account at any time in TikTok’s settings, and you can ask us to remove the connection on our side.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your agency has an account. Battle history is kept so both agencies have a record. If you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
- Update your agency details and coordinators in the app.
- Ask us to export or delete your data by emailing support@battlescheduler.com.
- Turn notifications off in your browser or device settings.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete TikTok login, plus a browser setting for light or dark mode. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The Service is for agencies and their staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
